Policy
Client data is a trust.
This page explains how we store it, restrict access, and delete it once a project ends.
Privacy Policy
What we collect, and what we don't.
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell anyone's data. What we store is only what you send us yourself through the contact form or newsletter signup: name, email address, and your message.
Client data we process during a project is never used to train third-party models. You can request deletion anytime via rekantech.official@gmail.com.
Terms & Conditions
In short, here's how it works.
Scope, schedule, and target numbers are written into the contract before work begins. Scope changes are discussed openly along with their impact on time and cost. No extra charges appear out of nowhere at the end.
Intellectual property rights over the code we write for you transfer fully after final payment. We only retain the right to mention the collaboration as a reference, and even that you can decline.
Data Security
Six rules we follow without being asked.
Least-Privilege Access
Only team members working on your project have access. Access is revoked automatically once the project closes.
Your Data Stays With You
If your policy forbids data from leaving, the system runs on your own infrastructure. Cost implications are explained upfront.
Secrets Stored Separately
Credentials live in a secrets manager, never in a repository or config file.
An Auditable Trail
Changes to production systems are logged: who, when, and what changed.
Deletion After Completion
Working copies are deleted no later than 30 days after handover, with written confirmation.
Full Ownership Is Yours
Code, documentation, and infrastructure access transfer completely. No vendor lock-in.
Certification
The honest truth about compliance status.
We'd rather state the real status than wear a badge we haven't earned.
RekanTech does not yet hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. Our internal practices are built following their controls, but have not been audited by a third party. We say so openly so your procurement team doesn't find a surprise at the final stage.
For projects requiring a formal audit, we're ready to fill out security questionnaires, accept a penetration test from a vendor of your choice, and sign a data processing agreement.
Questions from your security team?
Send the questionnaire. We'll fill it out honestly, including the parts we can't answer yet.
